Walt Disney World® Golf is pleased to announce our inaugural 2019 season for our Junior Golf League!
The league will be open to school age junior golfers in grades 2 through 10, and will be run under the supervision of our PGA Professional golf staff. The league will feature a performance-based program, teaching skills, on-course management and friendly competition with fellow junior golfers.
Practice sessions will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from August 27 through October 29, 2019 from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
League competition sessions will be held on September 6 and 20, October 4 and 18, and November 1, 2019.
Participating players wear team uniforms and play in a two-person, scramble format over nine holes. Matches between teams are scored based upon wins, ties and losses in three-hole segments, called "flags". Family members and friends are encouraged to attend to watch the events and to support their players.
The registration fee for the Junior Golf League is $325 plus tax, with special rates available for Military Families, Disney Vacation Club Members, and Cast Members.
