SOLORIDER - GAME CHANGER, LIFE CHANGER!

These SoloRider vehicles, available at Disney’s Palm, Magnolia, Oak Trail, and Lake Buena Vista Golf Courses, are engineered and built with passion to keep players with a diverse range of challenges and disabilities in the game of golf.

From seniors who experience challenges walking, through to veterans with multiple disabilities, every rider has a unique story. SoloRider designed a single-rider golf car that fits aesthetically and in terms of style with standard golf cars. In terms of psychology, people with disabilities or older persons do not want to take risks that could cause additional injury or lack of mobility. To that end, SoloRider designed the safest golf car on the market, a car that not only looks safe [particularly in comparison to a typical scooter], but feels safe to the user, and IS safe as it has passed and exceeded all applicable American National Standards Institute safety standards “ANSI” safety tests. To learn more about the SoloRider experience, available at Walt Disney World® Golf, please click here.

Please be sure to speak with our reservations agents regarding the need to utilize one of these vehicles the next time you visit Walt Disney World® Golf as they are available only in short supply, and should be requested at the time your reservation is confirmed. The SoloRider carts can be requested in advance on a first-come, first-served basis each day of play, subject to their availability when you check-in at the pro shop for your round.

Walt Disney World® Golf Introduces Our Disney Character Themed Four-Seater Golf Carts For Family Use

Walt Disney World® Golf, operated by Arnold Palmer Golf Management, is pleased to offer Disney character-themed four-seater golf carts for use by families playing at our courses.

Up until now, if you had multiple family members out for a round of golf, you would need to take two separate, traditional two-seater golf carts, even if one or more of your family members were simply riding along and not playing. Since you must be at least 16 years or older with a valid driver's license to drive the carts, this proved to be inconvenient for families with younger children.

Now, a family of up to four, for example, two adults and two younger non-playing children, can take a single four-seater golf cart and stay together during the round.

Our new Donald and Daisy Duck-themed golf carts will be located at Disney's Palm and Disney's Magnolia Golf Courses, and our Pluto-themed golf cart will be located at Disney's Lake Buena Vista Golf Course.

The four-seater carts can be requested in advance on a first-come, first-served basis each day, subject to their availability when you check-in at the pro shop for your round. There will be a $20 per person fee for non-playing riders.

We look forward to welcoming you to the "Happiest Place on TURF!"
